Train

Monday last week I took Piper outside in her bouncer to watch the kids play. Cambria thought it was too bright and she needed some shade, so she used her blanket to make a tent. Silly girl.
Cambria was peeking outside through the screen. We have some flowers that have started to come in. It was a big bag full of all kinds of seeds, so I'm anxious to see what they'll look like they they start to bloom.
On Wednesday the 22nd the kids got to ride the train up to Ogden. It was Tawnya and her 4 boys, me and my 3 kids, and Mom-Mom & Papa with Ryan's 3 kids. These photos are of them waiting for the train to come.
Ryder was so content on the train ride up, wasn't sure what was going on maybe, or just taking it all in. My handsome nephew Calyx, love that kid! And Cambria giving smiles!
We to the Ogden Union Station to see the old trains. Cambria was fine to climb on the trains if she could get up and down by herself. There were some that the kids needed help getting on and she freaked out and wanted off. I guess it doesn't seem as high if the latter is lower, even though they are all up just as high. Mom-Mom gave her some lovin' and she was ready to see the next one.
Tried to get a photo of all the kids on the train, but some didn't want to get on and some were wanting back down. Oh well, I tried.
As we were getting ready to leave there was a train going by and Ryder had to stop and watch it. It was pointing at it saying "choo choo, choo choo!" I think he enjoyed the trip the most out of everyone. Miss Piper slept most of the time, but just sat there watching everything while she was awake.
On the train ride up there was a school tour going on and lots of kids so it was a tight squeeze. On the ride home there was tons of room so the kids all got there on seats. Kai and Cami played "Rock, Paper, Scissors" and Ryder got a window seat, which he loved!!
It was kind of hot, but the kids didn't complain and they did pretty good at listening and staying close to us. It was a lot of fun and definitely worth it!
