Dec 2012

Had a Christmas dinner with Phil's siblings at our church building. Ate pizza since it was easiest with kids. Opened gifts and enjoyed each others company. Wanted to get a quick family picture. I believe this may have been our first one as a family of 6. Cambria wanted to take a picture with her cousins and not us, so she refused to smile. This is our life!
Finally smiling for a picture with her cousins.
There was an elementary school shooting and I wanted to get a picture of Piper holding her baby doll to let everyone to hold their babies extra tight that day.
The Sunday before Christmas we had some friends over staying the night and we were wearing new outfits to church so we had them take a few pictures of us real quick. The lighting was really bad, but at least we got a few pictures. Knox was a little over a month old here.
Thought this one of Piper was cute, even though the quality is bad.
The elves dropped off new PJ's for the kids on Christmas Eve. The kids thought they needed a picture of the size of their PJ's on the packing. They kept those little pieces of paper until about a week ago. Sometimes they want to keep the weirdest things!
All set up and Santa had come. Just waiting for the kids to arrive. We kind of had a camping theme. They all got new camping chairs, sleeping bags, little blankets and pillows to take camping. Along with new flash lights, magnifiers, binoculars, note pads and pens to take notes and draw pictures of things they see and lots of other fun goodies.
Little kids stuff. Knox got a package of diapers and some Hurley onsies for this summer.

The after mess. I don't remember everything that everyone got but Phil got a gun case and ammo(after christmas he bought a shot gun and machete), also got himself lots of new movies. I got a Galaxy Tablet, fabric for backdrops, new perfume and sweat pants. Cambria got a her own camera, dress up stuff, new jewelry, lots of babies, some movies and new Leapster games. Ryder got a ship, a race car, some robot stacking blocks, also some movies and new Leapster games. Piper got lots of new baby dolls in all sizes along with lots of fun accessories. This was our first Christmas morning alone as a family. We have always been with one of our parents, but since his parents were on a mission and we didn't go to AZ we were all alone. It was kind of nice. We went to Tawnya's for breakfast that morning and had some yummy food. Skyped with family later that afternoon and spent the rest of the day at home.
This was how much snow we had on Christmas morning.
 Playing with Christmas toys.
Had to share this photo. She often gives looks like this, but they are soon followed by a smile. She thinks it's funny.
We had a few really good snow storms and got lots of fresh snow for the kids to play in.
Piper liked being on the porch, but freaked out when she fell into the deep part over the grass.
 Knox all dressed up.
She loves her baby brother and loves holding him!
 Love these two!
