At the Park

Spent the weekend being lazy. getting over being sick, cleaning house & listening to General Conference. Noticed that the forecast for most of the week was supposed to be rainy. So when we woke up to perfect weather yesterday I decided I would take the kids to the park. Cambria wanted Calyx to come too. So we headed out after lunch. This was our first time at this park and it was pretty cool. Look at this slide...

 ...it reminds me of the airport.

Seriously, I can't get over how grown up she is. She'll be 4 in less than two weeks.

 So, the boys LOVED the slide. Cambria at first...not so much. Check her out in this next photo.

 She sat at the top for a long time and watched the boys go round and round.

 She was happy to go down the normal slides.

 Took a picture to show her how crazy her hair was, because she didn't believe me.

 Finally, after lots of talking to and putting her half way from the bottom to try it out, she did it and loved it!

 Told you it would be fun.

 They were going down all different ways and having so much fun. I think we spent a good hour on this slide alone. We will be going back to this park for sure!

 The sun was peeking out a little and it was kind of bright for her. I don't think she was loving it in the grass either.

 Hi mommy!

 We had lots of fun at the park! Came home to put Ryder & Piper down for their naps. Then a little one year came over for me to baby sit for a few hours and we had Greg & Amy's kids come for about an hour...I'm going to be watching them every day for about an hour for the next 3-4 weeks. So the kids had fun playing with them. Then a little before Daddy came home we went outside to color with chalk. When Daddy came home he joined us in the fun!

 He does good work!

 This is Cambria's pumpkin that she did all by herself. She even wrote her name right under the nose.

We miss you while you're at work, but we love the time we get to spend with you when you get home. Thanks for all you do for us!!!
